What we process
Tourassistant currently uses necessary cookies only. Analytics or marketing cookies are not active.
Tourassistant processes more than browser cookies. It also processes account data and technical product data for sign-in, usage, and tour planning.
Application and account data
For sign-in and product use, Tourassistant processes these data areas in particular:
- Supabase Auth manages the identity of signed-in users, including login sessions and token refresh.
- For authenticated users, a matching record in `public.users` is loaded and processed.
- If a user is linked to a subscription, a related record from `subscriptions` may also be processed.
- The connected database structure is also prepared for user-related preferences and additional product-adjacent tables.
Technical processors and storage
Tourassistant uses Supabase for authentication, session cookies, and database access. That means browser data is only one part of the processing setup.
Auth and sessions
Supabase sessions are read, refreshed, and used on the server for protected areas.
Database and app data
The app accesses user-related data and additional product-adjacent data records in Supabase.
Cookies and local browser data
Tourassistant uses necessary cookies only. They help render the app correctly, keep the chosen locale consistent, and maintain secure signed-in sessions.
Necessary cookies active today
These cookies are required for theme behavior, locale routing, and protected user areas.
No optional categories today
Analytics or marketing cookies are not currently set.
- `tourassistant-consent` stores whether the cookie notice has already been acknowledged.
- `tourassistant-theme-mode` stores the theme mode for light, dark, or system.
- `tourassistant-accent-color` stores the selected accent color of the app.
- `sidebar_state` stores whether the app sidebar is expanded or collapsed in the desktop layout.
- `tourassistant-maintenance-dismissed-[maintenance-window-id]` stores that a specific maintenance notice was dismissed.
- `tourassistant-password-recovery` is a short-lived httpOnly security cookie for the password reset flow.
- `NEXT_LOCALE` is used by `next-intl` to keep the resolved language stable.
- Supabase uses technically necessary session cookies to keep sign-ins, token refresh, and protected product areas secure.
